You’ll develop a deeper understanding of your personal relationships with food, your body and acquire all the tools you need in order to make healthier lifestyle choices.
My passion for motivating others discover their best life inspired me to create Planks & Pizza, a business focused on helping clients establish the healthiest version of themselves without compromising their happiness or sacrificing the things they love.
Erin is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) in Charlotte, NC.
She earned her Master’s in Nutrition from Winthrop University and B.A. in Journalism from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
