Erin is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Registered Yoga Teacher with over 750 hours of teaching experience. Her passion for helping others discover their healthiest, best life inspired her to create a business focused on empowering her clients to "balance their planks with a little pizza."
She develops personalized, comprehensive plans that allow her clients to create a balanced lifestyle that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Nutrition counseling combined with private yoga sessions not only help Erin's clients set and achieve specific, measurable and realistic goals, but also manage stress, improve strength, flexibility, mental focus, self awareness and emotional well-being.
"I want my clients to get everything they need in one place. If I can help them manage the process from start to finish, I know they will succeed. There is a lot of misinformation out there, therefore it's important that I am there to direct my clients towards evidence-based data versus...everything else. My program is a one-stop wellness shop with endless support, and I wouldn't trade what I do for the world."
Erin graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Journalism and minor in Spanish. She received her M.S. in Nutrition from Winthrop University after working six years in marketing and realizing she wanted to take things in a different direction.
